Terms of Use

Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Mouzz or Mouzz Pro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Operator

Mouzz is operated by Iseli International Commerce, based in Switzerland. All references to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Iseli International Commerce.

License

Mouzz is licensed, not sold, to you. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Mac computers that you own or control. For the Mac App Store version, the Mac App Store usage rules apply. For Mouzz Pro, your license covers the Macs you personally own or control.

Pricing and Payments (Mouzz Pro)

The Mac App Store version of Mouzz is free. Mouzz Pro is a one-time purchase sold directly from mouzz.dev.

Purchases of Mouzz Pro are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record. By purchasing Mouzz Pro, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service (paddle.com/legal/terms) and privacy policy (paddle.com/legal/privacy). Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes.

Refunds

Mouzz Pro purchases can be refunded within 14 days of the transaction date. See our Refund Policy page (mouzz.dev/refund-policy) for full details, including how to request a refund.

Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal and commercial purposes, including but not limited to presentations, screen recordings, tutorials, and everyday use.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

Mouzz and all related branding, logos, and content are the intellectual property of Iseli International Commerce. All rights reserved.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iseli International Commerce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.

Apple's Standard EULA

If you purchased Mouzz through the Mac App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall take precedence.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
