These terms explain how Mouzz may be used and the conditions that apply when you download, install, or run the app.
Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Mouzz ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
Mouzz is licensed, not sold, to you. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Mac computers that you own or control, as permitted by the Mac App Store usage rules.
Permitted Use
You may use the App for personal and commercial purposes, including but not limited to presentations, screen recordings, tutorials, and everyday use.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove any proprietary notices from the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Intellectual Property
Mouzz and all related branding, logos, and content are the intellectual property of Marcel Iseli. All rights reserved.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marcel Iseli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
Apple's Standard EULA
If you purchased Mouzz through the Mac App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall take precedence.
Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
