Mouzz is a macOS menu bar application that enhances your mouse cursor with visual and audio effects. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data Mouzz collects, or more accurately, does not collect.

Mouzz does not collect any data. Specifically:

No usage analytics or telemetry
No crash reports are sent

Local Storage

Mouzz stores your preferences, such as effect settings, enabled states, and hotkey configurations, locally on your Mac using macOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device.

Permissions

Mouzz does not require any special permissions. It runs as a standard macOS application with App Sandbox enabled. It does not access your files, camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any other sensitive data.

Children's Privacy

Since Mouzz does not collect any data, it is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
